The goal of the ITC program is to help all Indigenous Peoples achieve a ‘Good Mind’. Outcomes can include:

  • Living a healthy lifestyle
  • Improving emotional well-being
  • Increased awareness and understanding of the impacts of intergenerational trauma within the family and community setting.
  • Mental, spiritual, and emotional support for those impacted by residential, day, and boarding schools
